Lose 2 Inches in Your Waist in Just 2 Weeks

Do you have a Christmas party you want to look good for?  Or maybe you’d like to get a jump start on your New Year’s resolution to get fit and thin?

When it comes to weight loss we always wants to know “what works”.   So, I’m here to share with you something that works!  I was able to lose 2 inches in my waist, 2 inches in my hips, and one inch in each thigh in just two short weeks! 

I used Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred Workout DVD.   Just to be clear I only lost 2lbs so I was happy I took my measurements otherwise I wouldn’t have realized what awesome results I got.

I did the workout on the DVD for 14 days in a row.  As far as diet, I behaved but I didn’t go calorie counting crazy, I just made good choices.

Is the workout easy?  Well I guess that is all a matter of where you are on your fitness level.  I hadn’t done any serious workout in years so, I’m going to be flat out honest and say my muscles where screaming the first 3 or 4 days.  I wore the lovely scent of Ben Gay muscle rub but it did get better!  It’s all worth it though, I feel better and stronger.  My jeans are already fitting better and I can see the difference.

I’m still doing Jillian’s workout and I will share more when I weigh and measure again at the end.

One more thing- The video suggests you use 5lbs hand-weights and a Yoga mat.  When I first started I didn’t have those so I used water bottles and then I decided on 3lbs hand-weights.  I’ll work my way up later. ;-)
