Mr. Houla’s 101 Donations Challenge

Hi, Mr. Houla here!  I was talking with my boy’s mom, Tiffany, the other day and we were talking about how great it was that my boy found me.  I mean really, I go with this family like peanut butter goes with jelly!  If you ever read my page you know all about that though.  Then we were talking about how there are lots of dogs that haven’t found good people yet and how they live at shelters or foster homes. Tiffany told me places like that need money.

So, we came up with “Mr. Houla’s 101 Donations Challenge” Tiffany said we could ask people to go donate this money stuff and it would help all those homeless dogs.

Here is how you can help furmanity! Head on over to Metroplex Mutts scroll all the way down to the bottom of that page until you see the donate button on the right paw side, then make a donation of at least $1.00 that shouldn’t hurt too bad! So, if that doesn’t hurt maybe you could put in more like $5, $10, $20 or even more!  Then after you are done with all that good stuff come fill out the inlinkz thing (that blue button thing at the bottom of this post!)  so we can see how many people helped out.  Our goal is to get at least 101 Donations!

You can also help spread the word by clicking the like button!

Woofin’ It Up Wednesday – Metroplex Mutts

Hi, Mr. Houla Here.  Today I’d like to introduce you to Metroplex Mutts..  They are a non-profit organization in the Dallas, TX helping dogs in need of furever homes.

From Metroplex Mutts:

Metroplex Mutts is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation dedicated to lowering the number of metroplex animals euthanized each year. No-Kill is an attainable goal with education, spay neuter and adoption programs.

When you adopt a pet through a rescue organization, you get a healthy pet that has been spayed or neutered and has been evaluated for any behavioral issues.

We can let you know if they are good with other dogs or cats, or if they should be the only animal in the home. We try to answer all your questions to make sure you adopt the animal that is right for you and can be your life-long companion.

But most importantly, when you adopt an animal, you save a life.
Every animal deserves a second chance.

Metroplex Mutts does not have a physical shelter. All of our animals are being cared for volunteers, foster parents, vets, or doggie day care facilities.
